Project Background

Webzen is a South Korean game developer and publishing company that was founded in 2000. After the successful debut of Its first game, MU, in Korea, the company published the game internationally. The game was equally popular globally, leading to multiple games sharing the IP. Through acquisitions and mergers, Webzen has become a global player in the industry known for its creative game development and publishing.

G-Star is an annual exhibition held in Busan, South Korea for corporations that are involved in the tech and gaming industry as well as for individuals interested in gaming. From eSports events, seminars, as well as B2B and B2C exhibition zones, G-Star is a premier gaming exhibition in Asia. Eidetic Marketing was tasked with the creative design, fabrication of the booth to exhibition activation and management.

Eidetic Marketing was responsible for designing, fabricating and activating Webzen's 100 Booth B2C G-Star Exhibit. From key visuals to actual construction and brand applications, Eidetic Marketing creatively leveraged Webzen's brand values and image to create an experiential booth. From exceeding expected KPIs to the successful management for the entirety of the Exhibition, Eidetic Marketing successfully activated Webzen's Global Exhibit.
